Busy, Busy, Busy - And a Flat Tire Too

Sometimes life has a way of reminding you just how busy (busy, busy!) things can get.  After spending a week helping out at a show for Leave A Mark, I packed up, hit the road, and was ready to head home to recharge.  But of course-life threw in a little twist: a flat tire.

There I was, at a truck stop, thinking how predictable things can be.  But in that moment, another thought hit me even harder - WOW...the first show of the fall season is next weekend!

Between sanding, staining, painting, packing, and prepping, it's been nonstop action around here.  The sawdust is flying, the brushes are busy and the studio feels like it's running on full steam.  Fall is one of my favorite times of year -the much cooler air (especially in NC), the colors, and of course shows that bring our wood art to life in front of people who love it as much as we do.

So while the flat tire slowed me down for a moment, it also gave me a chance to pause and realize: this season is about to be amazing. We can't wait to hit the road again (with good tires this time!) and share the newest pieces with you all.
